- Design of piping system for unloading & transferring to plant considering surge during offloading and transfer
- Design of piping layout and isometric drawings
- Civil load data for civil foundation design
Basic Engineering
Basic engineering for sulphuric acid unloading, Sulphuric acid storage tanks and Sulphuric acid transfer piping to plant shall include the following:
- Process description
- Piping & instrumentation diagram
- Equipment list
- Process control philosophy
- Instrument write-up with interlock system
- Piping specification
- Single line diagram
- Preparation of operating manual
- Safety systems
Detail engineering
Detail engineering will include the following documents:
- Plan, elevation and GA drawings of tanks, platform, supports etc
- Fabrication drawings of storage tank and platform, supports etc
- Tanks shall be designed for internal roof rafter system
- Specification of painting, and any other lining if applicable
- Data sheets of required equipment as mentioned in basic engineering
- Piping layout drawings and isometrics for piping
- Specifications and BOQ for piping, valves, fittings, gaskets, fasteners, piping supports, hangers & related systems
- Preparation of piping specifications, including- painting & any lining if applicable
- As built drawings
- Pipe rack layout and fabrication drawings
- Structural fabrication and erection specification
Instrumentation engineering
- Specification of flow meters
- Specification of control valves
Project management services
- Project scheduling, monitoring, updating and monthly progress reporting for the entire project
