Details design and drawing of Overall System including P&I Diagram, Process & Utility flow diagram, Plant Lay out, Design basis, Process description, 3D Model, Effluent and emission summary, Specification of our bought Equipment, water balance acidulation and effluent, Controlling Philosophy, operating Manual.
Fabricated Items
- Preparation of Engineering Specification sheets and Engineering drawings.
- Review vendor data prepared by the selected vendors and incorporate the vendor data incorporate the vendor data in appropriate drawings.
Bought out Items
- Preparation of Engineering specification sheets suitable for Procurement.
- Civil Scope drawing for Foundation based on which detail civil drawings.
Piping
- Preparation of General arrangement drawings, Isometrics. Material take off, Valves schedules
Electrical
- Electrical load list
- Electrical single line diagram
Instrumentation
- Instrument list and specification for instruments
Civil & Structural engineering
- Civil foundation drawing for fabricated and bought out equipment
- Platform & structural drawings as may be required for equipment
Procurement and expediting
- Procurement assistance, follow up with vendor & expediting from vendor Mumbai office included. However, any visits to vendor shop are not included.
